Google Maps EmbedsTurning “What's Even On The Menu?” Into “Let's Go.”
Dim Sum Town serves up Asian fusion dim sum across two Dhaka neighborhoods, Uttara and Dhanmondi, with a 4.4-star crowd who keep coming back. The one thing missing was a way for new guests to see what was actually on the menu before showing up. We built them a website where browsing feels like part of the meal.

Branch FinderNobody Should Have to Guess What's for Dinner
Dim Sum Town already had the food and the following — a 4.4-star crowd across two branches. What it didn't have was a way to show any of that off before a guest walked through the door.
Answering “What's On The Menu?” All Day
With no site to point people to, every menu question, every “which branch is closer” call, landed on the same overworked phone line.
- No Menu Online: New guests DM’d for a PDF or just showed up hoping the food matched the photos they’d seen.
- Two Branches, One Mix-Up: Uttara or Dhanmondi? Without a map handy, people called just to ask which one was closer.
- Ordering Blind: First-timers couldn’t see portions or prices before deciding what to order at the table.
A Menu Guests Browse Before They Arrive
A dark, gold-accented site that looks as good as the dumplings taste — every dish photographed, priced, and one scroll away from “let's order.”
- A Full Photo Menu: Ten categories, every dish priced in BDT, browsable from a phone before anyone leaves home.
- Branch Finder Built In: Both locations get their own address, embedded map, and call button — no more guessing.
- Order Now, Front and Center: A clear call-to-action turns a craving into an order in one tap.
Three Steps, No Wasted Motion
Designing for Craving, Not Just Clicks
We looked at how the best restaurant sites use photography, pacing, and whitespace to build appetite before a single dish gets ordered — then matched that energy to Dim Sum Town’s dark, gold-accented branding instead of forcing a generic template on it.

Three Things We Got Right
Small decisions that added up to a site guests actually browse before they book a table — or decide to order in instead.
The Menu Does the Talking
Every dish gets a photo, a description, and a price in BDT — so guests know exactly what they’re ordering before they order it.
Never the Wrong Branch Again
Uttara and Dhanmondi each get their own address, phone number, and embedded Google Map — no more phone calls just to ask directions.
From Craving to Order in One Tap
A clear Order Now button turns browsing into an actual order, right when the craving hits — not three scrolls later.
“Before the site, half our phone calls were just people asking what dim sum even is, or which branch to go to. Now guests walk in already knowing exactly what they want to order — sometimes before we do.”
