Better Products Start With Understanding Users.
We study real users, their needs, challenges, and behaviors before we build. These insights help us make smarter product decisions, solve the right problems, and create solutions that are intuitive, effective, and built for real-world use.
AJ's Collision — From Car Damage to a Clear Next Step
Car damage is visual, but the first conversation often happens by phone. Drivers have to explain what happened while also finding hours, directions, insurance help, and the right service.
A bilingual, photo-first journey with a four-angle capture guide, up to six uploads, 12 service choices, and direct paths to call, directions, or insurance help.

Rafsan Sabab — Official Website
Every taping meant a plain Google Form, a spreadsheet, and someone squinting at names trying to remember who’d already had a turn. Fun for absolutely no one.
We binge-studied 30 creator sites (big fans of Drew Lynch and Ali Abdaal’s approach) and built Rafsan a home that remembers his fans, hands out e-tickets, and pings people the second a new season drops.

Dim Sum Town — Menu, Meet Website
The only way to know what was good was to already be sitting at the table. New guests DM’d for a menu PDF, mixed up the two branches, and showed up hungry with zero idea what to order.
A full photo menu across 10 categories, priced in BDT and browsable from the couch, plus a branch finder with maps for Uttara and Dhanmondi so nobody ends up at the wrong dim sum.

J.A.M Dunc — A Premium Showroom, Online
A dealership website has to answer availability, price, mileage, financing, language, and location questions before a buyer feels ready to get in touch.
A bilingual digital showroom with searchable live inventory, detailed vehicle cards, transparent prices, an interactive loan calculator, and direct paths to a test drive or finance application.

BMKS — Help That Reaches the People Who Can’t Reach It
A grassroots NGO doing real work in Gaibandha had no way to show a donor, in another district or another country, exactly where the money goes or who it reaches.
Eight programmes explained in plain language, real stories from real households, and a bilingual site in English and Bangla — so trust doesn’t have to be taken on faith.

Flexidesk — A Coworking Space in Uttara
Wanting a desk for the afternoon meant calling just to hear the hourly rate. No photos of the actual space, no sense of who else worked there, no idea what “affordable” even meant until someone picked up the phone.
Three plans, published in plain Taka — hourly, 40 hours a month, or unlimited — next to real photos of the space and the community that uses it, with Call Now always one thumb away.

Texsas Engineering — One-Stop Textile Machinery
Garment factory buyers had no way to see what Texsas actually sold. Every machine spec, every brand partnership, lived in someone’s head or a WhatsApp thread — buyers had to call or visit just to ask what was in stock.
A browsable catalog across five international brands — FOUND, HS-Machinery, inedit, HOMER, and DOSUN — sortable by brand and category, so a factory owner can shortlist machines before ever dialing the phone.

Meso Textiles — Precision, Woven Forward
A mill running 160 looms and four in-house departments had no way to show a sourcing manager abroad what it could actually produce. Specs lived in PDFs and email threads, sent one enquiry at a time.
Five fabric families, four departments with daily yardage and machinery, and the full Meso–Madry group story — wrapped in an editorial design that holds up next to any European mill.

What Our Clients Actually Say
“I’ve worked with a lot of people who build websites. Tech Upsight actually watched how my fans book tickets before they designed anything. When registration opened and the numbers started climbing, I thought the website would crash — it just kept working.”
“Before the site, half our phone calls were just people asking what dim sum even is, or which branch to go to. Now guests walk in already knowing exactly what they want to order — sometimes before we do.”
